At the moment, we see very often that planners and colleagues come to us with the desire to get to know healthy materials, because they themselves want to offer a healthy building to their client or because the builders explicitly demand and request this. In doing so, I observe that in many minds there is a desire to move from the current situation to the ideal image in one step, i.e. to only work with 100% healthy positive building materials. I dare say that, as a concept, it won't work that way.

We define it rather, that is why we take it step by step as a step in the right direction. We are here today, ideally in the shortest possible time, we have learned a lot in this course today and beyond. And we can thus move us step by step towards the ideal image. It will and will not be possible to switch directly from the current state of affairs to one hundred percent healthy construction without intermediate steps.

To do this, the world of materials must continue to develop. To do this, planning concepts must be further developed. To do this, requirements and laws must continue to develop.
