This actually shows quite clearly, if you look around in your existing material library and search for a full declaration for the various materials, you will find that many building materials do not have a full declaration.

With many of the building materials we use, we simply know down to the last minute what they contain.

One of the big levers that we are back on the path that we all have to tread together is that we are beginning to demand these full declarations more and more.

Precisely from the point of view that we, as planners and later on, the users, the builders, know exactly what is in the materials and what can come out accordingly.
