The course is divided into roughly four blocks. In order to make this very, very complex, big topic as easily as possible available to you.

Let's start a definition with an introduction to the topic of healthy materials, what do we mean by healthy materials? What kind of definitions are there? Accordingly, what guidance is there when choosing healthy building materials? Healthy living is also a very important aspect. What is meant by this? What is behind healthy living? And, of course, what are all the healthy qualities?

The second block is then specifically about presenting examples of healthy materials, which in turn are divided into categories of healthy material classes, ranging from raw materials to the various materials, wood, stone, metal, textile and natural building materials. With yet another facet of healthy materials in relevant application classes. From acoustics to floor coverings, wall coatings to facades.

The third block gives you a short initial summary of a number of small checklists. My personal top ten materials under this big term of healthy materials and then end in the last block in a summary, with which I hope you will then understand the materials you have learned in the course accordingly well and then use them to the maximum, optimally in the future.
