How does the sales team of a very popular Scandinavian design brand manage to speak with a unified voice, strategically select projects that are suitable for their own brand and act confidently at the right time in everyday planning? Muuto faced this challenge, which is why we strengthened the team through a tailor-made workshop, individual survey and exchange with interior designers and prepared it for market changes.
Our services:
👥 Intensive preparation: Through preliminary discussions and a tailor-made questionnaire, we got to know the team's challenges and were thus able to plan a targeted workshop.
📚 Individual workshop agenda: A two-day seminar was developed, which included theoretical principles as well as practical topics in the furniture industry and interior planning.
🔍 Expert input: Through discussions with interior designers and the involvement of two experts in the workshop itself, a realistic exchange was promoted.
💼 Practical tools: The team was given concrete tools to effectively organize day-to-day sales and make strategic decisions.
📈 Outcome: An individually designed masterclass for 15 participants, which enables the team to speak with one voice and grow together.
