Individual workshop at and with Ege

Ege, eje, ehe – how exactly do you pronounce it? The e-j-e softly, like in Jaguar, and it all comes together smoothly. But now to the point: In an ambitious half-day workshop at the sales conference at Ege Carpets in Bielefeld, the focus was on more than just sales strategies. The goal was to enable the team to better understand and address the language and needs of architects and designers. And one thing we can say: The team's understanding of the target group's needs was already extremely high beforehand.

Project focus

Through targeted impulses, we not only enhanced the sales team’s understanding of Ege’s target audience but also demonstrated effective methods for delivering compelling company presentations beyond the usual consultation and sampling of specific construction projects. How do we speak the language of creatives? How do we present Ege as an indispensable partner? With questions like these, we engaged in an intensive exchange—supported by our direct experiences with the sales team in Berlin, Frankfurt, and Düsseldorf.
