Where is your project business stuck right now?
-
We don’t know where to start
Sort things out first, then invest. In the »Day One« workshop, we work out with marketing, sales and senior management what matters now and what can wait. The result is a roadmap that everyone stands behind. A fully developed strategy can build on it.
-
Who needs what at which stage?
We clarify that as part of the strategy before you produce any content: in interviews with our Architecture Advisory Board and conversations with your sales team. Afterwards, you only produce what is needed at each stage.
-
We’re new to the project business
Architects make decisions differently from merchants and contractors. We start by finding out from our Architecture Advisory Board what design practices need. Then we train your teams in how these practices work and which arguments carry weight there.
-
In the end, only price counts
We sharpen what sets you apart from the competition and make it verifiable with reference projects and samples. Your sales team learns to represent it confidently in conversation.
-
We come in too late
Other products have often already been specified by the time design practices find you. We find out where architects and engineering consultants do their early research and make your building products visible there: with technical articles, reference stories and websites that help them in their design work.
-
Nobody finds our data
Design practices look for product data and certificates when they design and put projects out to tender. We build your website so that they can find both without detours.
-
The trade fair costs more than it brings in
A big stand alone doesn’t start conversations. We develop the stand and the communication around the fair with you and prepare your trade fair team so that architects stop by.
-
Lots of contacts, few projects
Campaigns and trade fairs bring in contacts, but little of that reaches sales. Together with marketing and sales, we define what a good contact is and build campaigns and processes so that pre-qualified enquiries reach the right team.
-
Marketing and sales don’t say the same thing
We bring both together, agree on shared arguments and make them usable day to day with materials and training.
Our approach in four steps
We work within your existing structures, alongside marketing and sales, your lead agency and other partners. Many clients have worked with us this way for years. You can start with the »Day One« workshop or go straight to a specific task, depending on where you stand.
-
Starting with the »Day One« workshop
One day at your premises with marketing, sales and senior management around one table. By the evening, it is clear what takes priority now and who starts with what.
-
Developing the strategy
We work out which target groups decide on your building products at which project stage and what they then want to know from you. This gives you arguments for each of them and a list of the certificates and documents you need for them.
-
Putting it into practice together
We carry out the most important tasks with your teams and partners and stay on the case. If the market or your product range changes, we update the plan with you.
-
Checking the impact
At the start, we agree how you will recognise impact, for example through project enquiries or sample requests. We review these signals with you regularly and adjust course.
Projects in which our services work together
What you should know before you start
Can we start with a single project?
Yes. Many clients start with a clearly defined project, such as a campaign or a training session for their sales team. That way you get to know how we work before you commit to more. We then decide together whether it turns into a longer collaboration. If you’re not sure where to start, the »Day One« workshop helps.
How do we work with our existing lead agency?
Your lead agency stays on board. We bring in the perspective of architects, specialist engineering consultants or installers and our experience in the project business, and write briefs the agency can work with straight away. Design often stays with your agency, while we provide target groups, arguments and technical content. We agree who does what before we start.
Who on our side should be involved?
Depending on the project, marketing, project sales and technical services are involved, plus everyone who signs off technical statements and budgets. It helps to have one fixed contact person on your side who bundles feedback. Product management and senior management join when their knowledge or sign-off is needed.
Do you also work for manufacturers from outside Germany?
Yes, for example for manufacturers from Scandinavia, the Netherlands and Poland. We prepare your market entry with you and explain to your teams how design practices in Germany work. We also hold training sessions and workshops in English.
Is the direction still undecided, or is the project already clear?
If you haven’t yet decided what comes first, start with the »Day One« workshop: one day with marketing, sales and senior management, after which your priorities and a first draft of your roadmap are in place. For a clear project, such as a stand at BAU (the leading construction trade fair in Munich), reference stories or a new website, a short description is enough. We’ll get back to you with a proposal for how to approach it.
