In our seminar »Reaching architects«, you will learn strategies for successful project sales and how to effectively target the key audiences in the project business. The content of our two-day seminar will help you position your company, your product solutions, and yourself in the best possible way with (interior) architects and project developers.
This seminar is equally suitable for participants with sales and marketing backgrounds. The exchange of experiences among participants is an integral part of our concept. That’s why we consciously select a diverse group of participants from different backgrounds and segments for each seminar.

We’ll outline and analyze the key processes for effective collaboration between marketing and sales, taking a close look at milestones and potential deal-breakers in winning a project. Additionally, we’ll speak directly with the target audience through a Q&A session.

Michael Schuster
Head coach & editor-in-chief
Michael Schuster — editor-in-chief of DBZ since July 2022 and member of the management team at Bauverlag — is one of Germany's most experienced project sales managers. He learned how to best approach the target group as a property consultant at TECE Germany, JUNG, HEWI and Dornbracht, among others. Michael Schuster also gained his expertise during his association activities — including with the Federation of German Architects and Interior Designers (BDA and BDIA), the Association of Freelance Architects (VfA) and the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB).
Christiane Will
Dipl.-Ing. Architect and Managing Director
Christiane Will studied architecture at Kaiserslautern University of Technology. After her first years working for Kahlfeldt Architekten in Berlin, she moved to Frankfurt in 2012 to the office of MÄCKLER ARCHITEKTEN, where she became managing director in 2022 and has been responsible for the implementation and detailed planning for all projects ever since. Among other things, she deals extensively with the selection of materials and products in order to develop durable structures that save resources through innovative structural solutions and moderate use of technology.
Franziska Holzmann
Dipl.-Ing. Interior Design (FH), MA Spatial Design, Strategic Consulting
The interior designer and designer, trained in Germany and Finland, combines cross-disciplinary design, strategy and communication in the context of architecture and design. After several years as a project developer and setting up a start-up related to design and architecture, she set herself up with her own design consulting office before becoming part of the hej.build-Teams was. In addition to her many years of expertise in architecture, interior and materials, she actively contributes her skills in sales and network building to the masterclass.
