Project Sales Masterclass zu Gast im Schüco Showroom Hamburg
What is it about?
In our Project Sales Masterclass, you will learn strategies for successful property sales and how to address the most important target groups in the contract business in a targeted manner. The content of our two-day seminar will help you position your company, your product solutions and yourself in the best possible way among architects and project developers.
The masterclass is equally suitable for participants with sales and marketing backgrounds. The exchange of experiences between participants is an integral part of our concept. That is why, when putting together each Project Sales Masterclass, we deliberately pay attention to a heterogeneous field of participants with different backgrounds and from different segments.
What's the point?
Maximum gain in knowledge combined with a relaxed and open atmosphere of exchange is our stated goal. The group size, which is limited to 12 people, enables effective discussions with the entire group, but also allows individual challenges and questions posed by individual participants to be considered.
As a result, you will return to everyday work with many specific recommendations and practical tips. Your understanding of the working methods and everyday challenges faced by architects and other important target groups will have improved. This enables you to work effectively, but also in partnership, on equal footing with all project participants, who can ultimately submit their products to the tender with a high probability of success.
How does it work?
We have laid a very clear thread through the content of the masterclass, which provides orientation in our wide range of topics. The content builds on each other and is clearly structured. Nevertheless, we are flexible enough to adapt the specific process to individual questions and levels of knowledge in remote kickoff together with the participants a few weeks before the appointment.
At our local meeting, in addition to a bit of basic knowledge about architecture and design, a whole range of practical reports, specific recommendations and tips & tricks for successfully addressing target groups in marketing and sales. We highlight and outline the most important processes for good cooperation between marketing and sales. We take a close look at the milestones and potential dealbreakers when it comes to winning an object. And we talk directly to the target group in the form of a Q&A session with Carsten Venus from Venus Architects. Take a look at the curriculum to see the topics and process in detail.
Location
The Projekct Sales Masterclass #2 takes place in the Schüco showroom on the 16th floor of the Watermark Tower in HafenCity Hamburg, with an inspiring view of the Hanseatic city.

Digital follow-up
Four to six weeks after the workshop, we meet for a digital follow-up with head coach Michael Schuster and assistant coach Michael Rahmfeld. In this session, which lasts at least two hours, the two experts will once again answer all questions that have arisen when applying the knowledge they have learned in the workshop in everyday working life.
Experts
Michael Rahmfeld
Architecture media manager, marketing & sales strategist
Michael studied architecture and AMM — architecture media management. Before founding hej.build, he worked for well-known architecture firms and communication agencies. In 2017, he helped build up a Germany-wide team of vendor-independent architectural consultants. In the master class as an assistant trainer, Michael provides important impetus for good communication in sales and provides clear recommendations for action so that marketing and sales can pull together when working with the “target group of architects.”
Michael Schuster
Head coach & editor-in-chief
Michael Schuster — editor-in-chief of DBZ since July 2022 and member of the management team at Bauverlag — is one of Germany's most experienced project sales managers. He learned how to best approach the target group as a property consultant at TECE Germany, JUNG, HEWI and Dornbracht, among others. Michael Schuster also gained his expertise during his association activities — including with the Federation of German Architects and Interior Designers (BDA and BDIA), the Association of Freelance Architects (VfA) and the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB).
Carsten Venus
Architect, managing director Architekten Venus, member of the board of HAK
Carsten Venus is founder and managing partner of Architekten Venus GmbH (formerly blauraum Architekten GmbH). Since 2012, he has been a board member of the Hamburg Chamber of Architects, where he has also been chairman of the Housing Working Group since 2014. On behalf of the Federal Office for Building and Regional Planning (BBR), he carried out two research projects in 2008 and 2013 on the topics of redevelopment and residential construction in existing buildings. He is also active in the areas of teaching, speaking, jury and open workshops.
