Masterclass Sustainability in Marketing & Sales
What's It About?
Sustainability has rapidly become one of the key topics in corporate communication, presenting all involved with a multitude of questions and uncertainties and posing significant challenges. In our Masterclass "Sustainability in Marketing & Sales," you will receive the essential foundations surrounding the topic of sustainability communication. The content of our two-day seminar will help you overcome your own uncertainties and position your company's products and ethos among architects and project developers. And this within the environment of one of Germany's most successful architectural firms: HPP Architects in Düsseldorf.
The Masterclass is suitable for anyone looking for answers to questions like:
- What knowledge do architects need, and what are the requirements for future projects?
- How can structured knowledge on sustainability be built within teams?
- What data & certifications must I provide to be considered for future planning or tenders?
The integration and exchange of experiences between Marketing & Sales are the focus of this Masterclass, as particularly in the context of sustainability, transparent collaboration is crucial.
Who Is Our Masterclass For?
- Manufacturers of construction products from all trades and areas, such as manufacturers of building materials, elements, and materials for construction, exterior and interior, manufacturers of home and building technology, electrical installations, fittings, furniture and lighting, room textiles and acoustics, bathroom and sanitary.
- Marketing: Marketing employees of construction product manufacturers will gain important target group insights and practical tips & tricks to quickly implement strategies while avoiding greenwashing.
- Key Account / Sales: Sales employees will be enabled through the Masterclass to expand their high-quality consulting on sustainability, make reliable statements, and know the most important project requirements.
- Team Leaders: The Masterclass allows team leaders to establish their own foundations on sustainability, bring this knowledge to their team, and set the course for qualified sustainability communication.
- Sustainability Officers: By exchanging with other participants, sustainability officers will be able to better understand marketing and sales requirements and increase their understanding of the target group.
What Are the Benefits?
"Getting into action" is our declared goal, combined with maximum insight gain in a relaxed and open atmosphere. After two intensive seminar days, you will go home with clear recommendations for action on dealing with statements and content related to sustainability in target group communication.
The group size, limited to 16 people, creates a "safe space" where productive discussions with the whole group as well as individual challenges and questions can be addressed. You will gain clarity regarding the current and future expectations of the target group and be sensitized to greenwashing vs. genuine sustainability. Whether your company is just starting its sustainability journey or has already reached initial milestones, the concrete recommendations for action, insightful target group insights, and valuable exchange with other companies help at every stage of the transformation.
How Does It Work?
The two-day seminar is just the icing on the cake: To tailor the Masterclass as closely as possible to your needs, wishes, and questions, we meet a few weeks before the date in a remote kick-off to get to know the other participants and tune in together.
And then it continues live and in color: On the first day at HPP Architects, we enjoy the comprehensive expertise of the sustainability team around Julian Gaviria, Head of Sustainable Transformation at HPP. After a networking dinner at the end of the day, the second day focuses on transferring insights for your own work in marketing and sales. In a digital follow-up a few weeks later, we discuss your first experiences back in the daily work routine and address them individually. You also gain access to the Masterclass community and can exclusively participate in our Quarterlies, which are 90-minute web sessions on relevant topics.
