We can hardly imagine that. Because the ultimate goal of the trainer and organizational team is to offer all participants an inspiring, insightful master class with helpful content. If we are unable to keep this promise, please contact us. If we can't find an individual solution, you will be refunded the participation fees.

Our booking and cancellation conditions are very fair. If you want to cancel your registration, please let us know in writing by email to office@hej.build With.The cancellation is until 14 days before the booked date possible. If you have already paid the invoice, we will refund you the invoice fee in this case. For cancellations up to 1 week before the course starts 50% of the participation fee will be charged. For cancellations at very short notice (less than 1 week before the course starts), absence of the event or cancellation of participation must be paid in full. A substitute participant for seminars is possible at no further cost, please inform us in this case and give us their contact details (name, e-mail, telephone number). If the minimum number of participants for the seminar is not reached, hej.build can cancel the event or postpone it to a later date. In this case, you can participate no later than 5 days before the start of the event Cancel free of charge. In the event of other urgent reasons, such as illness of the lecturers, they will be represented by other qualified lecturers. If an event cannot be postponed or can hej.build, for example, not find an adequate replacement for the lecturers, we will reimburse all participants the costs in full.
