Understanding architecture tenders - what manufacturers in the construction industry need to know: Industry Update with Christine Klug and Natalia Lang
What contents does this training cover?
✍️ Find out how to optimize potential for tender texts
📋 Understand the criteria of product-neutral tenders
🏗️ Differences between public and private builders
There are many paths to the project. Whether you, as a manufacturer, building material or interior brand, can win the favor of the builders depends, of course, on several factors. Anyone who regularly relies on tenders may have asked themselves many times how their own portfolio can now be precisely placed in the clients' service descriptions — a challenge, not least because such processes generally require neutral formulations. Do you count yourself among them? Then this is your appointment.
The prelude to our online series “Industry Update” is all about how to identify and avoid certain dead ends in the context of tenders. Christine Klug, architect at the Assmann Group in Dortmund, will share experiences and tips from a planner's perspective together with colleague Natalia Lang. Acting in a key position between customers and manufacturers, one of their main tasks is ultimately precisely to formulate requirements in the best possible way so that a wide range of suitable offers can be found afterwards. The brands in demand can provide decisive support here. Look forward to in-depth first-hand knowledge, a keynote speech followed by a discussion.
Who should participate?
- 📣 marketing: Our Industry Update offers marketing staff from construction product manufacturers and interior brands valuable insights into the preliminary work of architectural firms for tenders. Important: Product description is not the same as tender text. Get to know the differences and find out where there is potential for optimization for your part.
- 🛒 Sales: In the right place at the right time, as a sales contact person, your specific product knowledge will help you access the builders' tender catalogues. Why this is also related to the quality of tender texts and how you can make daily work in architectural offices easier will be part of the event.
