The profile: what to expect
What you bring
- Experience in consulting and confidence in dealing with clients.
- A basic understanding of architecture, construction and design, or experience at an agency focused on construction and architecture.
- You grasp complex topics quickly and explain them in a way people understand.
- A good dose of initiative and the drive to put your own ideas into practice.
- An appetite for remote work and the communication tools that go with it.
- A communicative personality with a high »base speed« in thinking and acting.
- Clear spoken and written communication in German; English is a plus.
- The flexibility, mobility and willingness to travel that everyday consulting work requires.
What we DON’T need
- Pure ideas people with no connection to implementation.
- People who start projects but don’t see them through.
- Specialists who only cover one aspect and lack an understanding of the bigger picture.
- People who want to work through a fixed routine. We offer a lot of freedom, and that requires self-organisation and personal responsibility.
- People who would rather plan for a long time than get on with things pragmatically.
- Applicants without any initial work experience.

Any questions?
How flexible are the working hours?
We take responsibility for our own work. Your agreed working-time model is the basis (full-time = 40 hours). Most meetings take place between 9:00 and 18:00; beyond that, you are free to decide when and where you work.
Where can I work from?
We are »mobile first«. You decide where you are most productive: a co-working space, your home office or somewhere else. For this, you get a workspace budget of €350 a month. Important: you need to live in Germany, as we occasionally have in-person meetings and team events.
How many days of holiday do I get?
30 days of paid holiday per year, based on a five-day week.
Can I work part-time?
Yes, part-time is possible from 32 hours a week. Just talk to us.
What benefits are there?
Besides the workspace budget (€350 a month), you get a BahnCard 50, Deutschlandticket or JobRad, a €50 benefit in kind, €75 towards your pension, a training budget of €1,500 per year and a modern tech set-up with a MacBook, among other things.
How does the team stay close when working remotely?
At least three times a year, we meet up for a week to work, cook and spend time together. We also have fixed rituals: daily stand-ups, weekly team calls and open Slack channels.
Do I need a background in the construction industry?
Not necessarily. Industry experience helps, but curiosity and a willingness to get to grips with the subject matter are just as important to us.
Do I need a cover letter?
No. Send us your CV and a few sentences on why you are a good fit for us. That is enough.
How quickly will I hear back?
We’ll get back to you within a week of receiving your application.
Sounds like your next job?
Then we look forward to your application. Send us a few lines about yourself and why you’d fit in with us.
